My work spans a banking app, a grocery service, and software for designing ships.

Best week is still the first one, when nobody knows what the thing is yet.

I like to start with something built rather than a brief or a wireframe — rough, unfinished, but real enough to react to. That’s where the actual problems show up: the spacing, the sequence, the flow that breaks first.

Design isn’t only drawing anymore. Files turn into components; agents take the half of the job that was always admin.

I’d rather learn the new tools early than defend the old ones — the work that’s left is the part that was always the point anyway.
